How Did The Idiot End His Road Trip From Colorado, Where Marijuana Is Legal, Without Getting Arrested in Utah, Nevada Or California?

The Idiot — after spending almost three weeks in Durango, CO, to complete production of a book entitled The Paris Metro 40th Anniversary Issue: The Book About Paris Yesterday that will be published on September 1 — managed to leave a state where marijuana is sold legally and complete his road trip through Utah, Nevada and California without getting arrested.

The Idiot left Durango, CO, at dawn last Friday and took the high road through Silverton and Ouray, which is often referred to as “the Switzerland of Colorado.”

The Idiot entered Utah without any anxiety or stress and whizzed past the famous Book Cliffs where he ran into only two other tourists.

Utah's Book Cliffs, so called because the sandstone capping the south-facing buttes looked, to the first cartographers, like shelves of books.

Despite his sensitive cargo, The Idiot sped across Utah and was going 80 miles an hour when he took a photo of the sign indicating the speed limit and raced across the Utah Salt Flats into Nevada.

The Idiot obeyed the speed limit and took this shoot while going exactly 80 miles per hour.

The Idiot — who spent Friday night in a $40 hotel room in Elko, NV — wasn’t worried just after sunrise when he saw one of the most frequent signs on Interstate 80, aka the Dwight D. Eisenhour Highway and Purple Heart Trail.

The Idiot didn't stop to take this shot, nor was he particularly worried about getting arrested at this stage of the road trip.

The Idiot breezed through the California Border Protection Station, which focuses on plant material being brought into the state, after entering CA.

How did he manage to make the trip back to California without getting busted for transporting weed, which can be legally purchased in Colorado, in various forms?

He didn’t have any.
