Crowned The Idiot Emperor in Carthage (Tunisia), his reign ended abruptly when he proclaimed “Tax the Nobles.”

The Idiot lost his crown – and almost his head – when his first edict as The Idiot Emperor was to tax the richest and give to the poorest.
