Mosaic

Titillated that the long-vacant former visitor’s center at Turtle Bay in Redding, CA, has been converted into the Sheraton-owned Mosaic restaurant.

The just-opened and reasonably priced Mosaic restaurant, serving Californian cuisine adjacent to the new Sheraton Redding (CA) Hotel at the Sundial Bridge in the Turtle Bay Exploration Park, is The Idiot’s NorCal hot spot this month.
Mosaic, which got its name because of the mosaic tiles used on the nearby Sundial Bridge, is part of a hotel complex that has created almost 100 new jobs and has rooms starting at under $100 online.
