Paris Penthouse Salad

Enjoying a simple homemade salad on his Paris penthouse terrace after a weekend of full-throttle partying to celebrate The Paris Metro’s 40th anniversary.

After dining at La Tour d'Argent, Chez René, the Alcazar and Chez Camille during the weekend, The Idiot prepares a simple salad with taboulé, Reblochon cheese, sunflower seeds and multiple greens/salads sprinkled with a mustard/oil/balsamic/herb dressing.
