Paris Traffic

Pleased that the permanent closure of a Seineside street in central Paris attracts urban walkers on a spring Sunday.

Detractors contend the closure of the road on the Seine increases traffic and pollution on other streets. But City Hall says it cuts back on the use of cars and provides Parisians and Idiots with a pleasant place to walk throughout the year. Your vote?
