River Ape

Realizing he might be dehydrated when he runs into this gigantic ape at Turtle Bay on the Sacramento River in Redding, CA.

The Idiot was surprised to find, on the banks of the Sacramento River where he went to cool down during the current heat wave, an enormous ape called Gigantopithecus blacki. Realizing that the 10-foot ape was thought to have been extinct for over 300,000 years, The Idiot called the California Department of Fish and Wildlife at 1:45 pm on Friday, July 7, to report the sighting at Turtle Bay in Redding, CA.
