Seriously? Christmas displays in the lobby of Alexandria’s Helnan Palestine Hotel on Thanksgiving? On the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt, which is 85 percent Muslim? There’s even a big Santa next to the security scanner at the hotel entrance.
