Having a third eye implanted that will enable him to see through, among other things, walls and clothing.

The Idiot’s third eye, according to the Greek goddess Athena, “will give you occult power and the wisdom of the gods.”
“You won’t need a clock to tell the time or a pedometer to determine how far you’ve walked,” she said. “And, of course, you can see and predict the future. Have fun!”
