Why Wasn’t The Idiot Alone When He Participated In The Walk To End Alzheimer’s?

The Idiot plans to walk primarily solo when he resumes the MedTrek in Egypt next month. But he certainly wasn’t alone when he participated in The Walk To End Alzheimer’s in Redding, CA, on October 15. In fact, it was one of the more social strolls he’s taken in 2016.

First of all, The Idiot recruited members for The Idiot and the Odyssey team that raised over $2,400 to help advance Alzheimer’s support, care, and research. They included…

The fund-raising walk, which raised almost $60,000 (as of Oct. 18), was enjoyable and successful due to the enthusiasm of volunteers and other participants. Here’s a look at some of the welcoming sign-holding volunteers decorating the path during the three-mile walk at Turtle Bay on the Sacramento River.

Naturally The Idiot spent time walking both with the team and by himself.
