MedTrek Selfies

The Idiot has been taking MedTrek selfies — albeit with a camera and the frequent use of mirrors in the pre-iPhone days — since the phrase became part of our vernacular in the early 2000s. That’s because there is no other photographic solution when MedTrekking solo in remote areas, on mountain tops and after haircuts.
