UnDalaiLama

Cancelling tomorrow’s flight to Washington, DC, and Tuesday’s “intimate gathering” with the Dalai Lama and Richard Gere.

The Idiot, still recovering from spinal surgery three weeks ago, regrets that he's unable to attend an "intimate gathering" with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and the International Campaign for Tibet's Chairman Richard Gere. He's skipping the occasion only because he's still not allowed, post-op, to lift (a bag), bend or sit for long periods. The flight/trip would be too uncomfortable/risky. His first meeting with them since September 2000 will have to wait.
