Enjoying a Thai lunch after an hour of Middle Way meditation with Buddhist monks from the Dhammakaya Meditation Center in Silicon Valley.
Following a Middle Way meditation session, The Idiot fills his plate from a delicious Thai buffet at Racha Noodle restaurant in Redding, CA. The visiting monks, who make the trip north from the Bay Area once a month to lead a meditation session in Redding, eat separately and never quite finish the panoramic rainbow of food that they’re offered.
