Reviewing scores of stories he wrote about Monaco and members of the principality’s royal family in preparation for an appearance at the Sausalito (CA) Library next week.
The Idiot covered Monaco from 1984-2004 when he was living in the south of France. He’s rereading scores of his newspaper and magazine articles to get up to speed for a discussion about Princess Grace (aka Grace Kelly) at the library in Sausalito next Friday at 7 pm.

Joel Stratte-McClure has been a global trekker since the 1970s. He lived in France for over 30 years, working as a journalist, before he turned his attention to a unique life-time-project of walking the shores of the Mediterranean.
