A piece of Juicy Fruit gum is used to kill moles on an estate near Stanford, South Africa.
“I put a broom stick into the mole hole to create a vertical passage, drop in a piece of Juicy Fruit, the mole eats it and dies because it can’t digest the gum,” says the owner of a large estate in Stanford, South Africa. “Because it doesn’t poison the mole, its remains can be safely eaten by other animals.”
Juicy Fruit kills moles without poisoning them which allows the remains to be eaten by other animals.
