Arrested, handcuffed, interrogated and released after 7 hours detention by Lebanon Internal Security Forces (ISF) and police while MedTrekking on beach between Sidon and Tyre.
It wasn’t even a very nice beach.
The ISF was alerted when someone called reporting a “suspicious foreigner” walking on the beach. Appointment with ISF/police/US Embassy tomorrow should resolve things — and perhaps end the MedTrek in Lebanon.
