Dubuffet

Thrilled to learn during a Paris walkabout that Jean Dubuffet’s La Tour Aux Figures will be getting a $1.7 million facelift and paint job in 2018.

One of Jean Dubuffet's last works located in the Parc de l'Ile Saint-Germain in a Paris suburb, was completed just before his death in 1985. It will definitely look more dramatic with a fresh coast of paint.

One of Jean Dubuffet’s last works, installed in the Parc de l’Ile Saint-Germain in a Paris suburb, was based on a model he made in 1967 and completed just before his death in 1985. The 24-meter high sculpture will definitely look more dramatic and vibrant with a fresh coat of paint.
