Concocting a classical marionette version of The Idiot and the Odyssey trilogy of travel narratives that he wrote about his 20-year walk around the Mediterranean Sea.
The puppeteer Idiot has proposed a 12-hour performance of The Idiot and the Odyssey at the new location of the Bob Baker Marionette Theater near Occidental College in Los Angeles.
The classical marionette version of The Idiot and the Odyssey will require the creation of 64 different puppets, from Homer, Odysseus and Athena to The Walking Idiot, The Spanish Sorceress and The Woman in the Scarf. Fortunately, as the poster reads, imagination dwells at the Bob Baker Marionette Theater.
