Amused that Northern California’s wettest winter in two decades has people wearing cowboy hats and keeping umbrellas up indoors.
It’s pouring outside which is why The Idiot thinks it’s smart to put his umbrella up while Kevin Devine keeps his cowboy hat on during lunch at Mary’s Restaurant in Redding, CA.
