In LA reading a graphic novel of The Odyssey before today’s football games (Go 49ers) and tonight’s Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards at the Shrine Auditorium.
The Idiot, and author of The Idiot and the Odyssey triology of travel narratives, enjoyed the portrayal of Odysseus and other Homeric characters in Gareth Hinds’ graphic novel which he found at the amazon 4-star store in Glendale, CA.

Joel Stratte-McClure has been a global trekker since the 1970s. He lived in France for over 30 years, working as a journalist, before he turned his attention to a unique life-time-project of walking the shores of the Mediterranean.
