Why Are The Idiot’s Daily Walks In Northern California Never Just Pastoral and Picturesque?

The Idiot, who has been taking daily 7-14-mile walks since the pandemic lockdown began over two months ago, doesn’t just see the pastoral and picturesque in Redding, California. He also, on almost every outing, sees and speaks to the many members of the unhoused community who permanently live outdoors.
