Planning to collect a $500 bounty on his head by turning himself over alive to police in Arrowtown, New Zealand.
The Idiot is wanted, and on the lam, for illegally panning for gold, which was discovered in Arrowtown in August 1862 by Maori Jack, in the Arrow River on January 11, 2016.

Joel Stratte-McClure has been a global trekker since the 1970s.
