The Idiot paid slightly above the market price to score some rare roles of toilet paper on the black market in Redding, California.

The Idiot, who personally uses a Turkish toilet, wanted Baby Gaga, his 2.47-year-old granddaughter, and other houseguests to have toilet paper despite the Coronavirus pandemic.

Walmart and other large stores in Redding, CA, greet customers with empty shelves that used to contain now-highly-valued toilet paper.
