Wondering who was driving his MedTrek-licensed Prius when it obviously ran a light in Redding, CA, at 6:27 am.

A candid camera at Shasta and Market Streets in Redding, CA, caught The Idiot’s chariot obviously running a red light. For reasons that he is attempting determine, the letter with the photos from the Redding Police Department read “Courtesy Notice: This Is Not A Ticket.”
Mea culpa.
Ego veniam.
